Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, payments, orders, and general queries.

- Maintain accurate documentation and follow work processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed to resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about products and updates to provide high-quality support.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech speaker.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Outstanding communication skills, patience, and customer-focused attitude.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; full training is provided.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working in digital environments.
