Job summary
We are currently looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our B2C team as part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division at the Protergia store in Neo Iraklio, Attica. You will oversee daily store operations, guide and train the sales team, and ensure targets are met.Responsibilities
- Organizing all functions of the store and assigning responsibilities to the sales team.
- Monitoring, guiding, and training the team members with the aim of maximizing performance and keep up with the sales targets of the store.
- Handling customer complaints and maintaining the store's reputation.
