Job summary
The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes in Costa Navarino is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4- or star hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Greek and English, as well as extensive knowledge of Opera, Internet, and MS Office applications.Responsibilities
- Train housekeeping staff.
- Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining,and motivating employees.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs.
