Job Summary
The NCI Agency has been established to meet the collective requirements of some or all NATO nations in the fields of capability delivery and service provision related to Consultation, Command & Control as well as Communications, Information and Cyber Defence functions. The agency requires specialized advisory services to enhance its interim workforce capacity.Responsibilities
The job involves installation and setup of satellite communication systems including baseband elements, low and high power RF elements, antenna elements, monitor and control system software updates/changes configuration on all satellite station elements network/baseband/Rf configuration software/configuration update patches on all systems data cable/power/fiber optic cable labelling/updating documents maintaining updating following guidelines/instructions specific system preventive maintenance procedure frequency daily weekly monthly 3 monthly 6 monthly yearly inspections diagnose repair issues SATCOM Power HVAC security ancillary system follow guidelines/instruction specific corrective maintenance procedure replace faulty components update software SATCOM Power HVAC security ancillary system follow guidelines/instruction specific corrective maintenance procedure provide technical support troubleshooting assistance local remote users/customers maintain accurate records services provided customer interactions TT-Comms ITSM Logbook participate daily reporting planning activities required participation workshops events conferences supported services requested service delivery manager.Περιγραφή θέσης εργασίας
