    In this Romanian speaking Back Office role it's all about corporate communication. As a Romanian Back Office Agent, you will be responsible for handling all written communications & assisting Romanian speaking customers with the verification process of their accounts.

    key responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of defense & escalation for the Romanian market
  • Receive customer questions, complaints, & comments via emails & live chats
  • Help customers with the verification process
  • Collect and analyze key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authorities
  • Communicate with other departments, following pending issues related to customer's identification or withdraw
  • Update customers' database
  • Ensure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information
    experience Previous working experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset.
