    Are you a Senior Intercompany Transactions Specialist with experience in transfer pricing? You have done your first steps in Intercompany transactions and are now keen to join a well-known contact services company as a Senior Intercompany Transactions Specialist? Are you looking for a fresh opportunity to join a market leader in a a Senior Intercompany Transactions Specialist role?

    key responsibilities

  • Works with appropriate accounting contact persons for Intercompany transactions
  • Monitors pending Intercompany invoicing requests (either Sending or Receiving) and provides status updates to parties who will need to action such requests
  • Prepares accruals for recurring transactions
  • Ensures timely income / expense recognition for year-end Intercompany related accruals
  • Serve as Corporate hub for intercompany accounting, managing intercompany transactions, policies and communication and company-wide reconciliation of intercompany account activity
  • Liaise with Accounting & External Auditors for the preparation of Transfer Pricing File
  • Develop, document, implement and manage accounting processes, controls and systems to ensure appropriate level of internal control
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate design, review, posting and reconciliation of month end close specifically for the reporting of intercompany relationships
  • Ownership of KPI delivery, and improvements where required, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Making forecasts and projections
  • Review along with relevant departments Intercompany contracts
  • Ensure compliance to all group policies and maintain records to enable audit
  • Follow and apply regulations regarding personal and performance data confidentiality and security
  • Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company/Standard's Committees on a regular basis
    experience 4-5 years of experience in transfer pricing procedures
    qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting. Master's degree will be considered an asset
  • Proven knowledge of accounting or financial auditing experience
  • 4-5 years financial accounting, analysis and reporting experience preferable in an Auditing multinational company
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP) – Proficiency in Microsoft
  • Dynamics Navision & knowledge of the D365 For Finance modules will be
  • considered an asset
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • Fluency in English
