    We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent in Athens. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.

    Location: Athens, Greece

    Work type: On-site or remote

    Requirements:

    Italian C1/C2 level

    English B2 level

    Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

    Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)

    Previous customer support experience preferable
