Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO)
to lead and execute performance-driven strategies for our hospitality and premium lifestyle clients.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a minimum of five years of proven hands-on experience managing paid media and SEO campaigns. The ideal candidate understands both performance metrics and brand positioning, ensuring measurable growth while maintaining the standards of luxury and premium brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimisation, content guidance)
- Monitor budgets, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance
- Implement tracking systems (GA4, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager)
- Prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the creative team to align paid media with brand identity
- Stay ahead of performance marketing trends and platform updates
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum
5 years of proven experience
managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO - Demonstrated results with measurable performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands is highly preferred
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
