About the role As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Baresquare, you will be at the forefront of the exciting world of Paid Digital Marketing and Analytics.

You'll have the opportunity to work with vast datasets, explore emerging technologies in Analytics tools, and collaborate with a major brand based in the UK.

The role is based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

For this position, we operate in a hybrid, office-first model (at least 3 days/week at the office).

Responsibilities Create and manage Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Optimize media spending through data analysis, audience research, and recommendations on targeting, creatives, and budgets.

Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Customer Journey Managers for effective campaign performance.

Monitor and analyze KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Ensure campaigns meet business objectives, offering insights and optimization recommendations.

Implement industry best practices and internal digital guidelines consistently.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and A/B testing opportunities.

Oversee digital campaign delivery efficiency and implementation.

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.

1-3 years of paid media experience (agency or in-house), ideally in a multinational company.

Experience in using marketing analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics) to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Linked In, Meta Ads).

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Strong data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail.

Understanding of keyword research and analysis tools to identify strategic opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).

Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices with a strong interest/ passion in digital marketing.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
