We are looking for a
Wholesale Sales Manager
who understands the mindset of the runner, the needs of the specialty running store and the dynamics of performance-driven retail.
This is a role for someone who:
Feels at home when talking about cushioning, energy return, ride and biomechanics
Can translate product technology into commercial success communicating performance technologies in a way that inspires our partners
Builds trusted partnerships with running & creating strong, long-term relationships with key sporting goods retailers
Wants to grow a performance brand turning brand strategy — into in-store experience
Identifying opportunities, opening new doors and driving sustainable growth
Your mission
• Develop and elevate our wholesale network with a strong focus on performance & running stores
• Ensure premium brand presence and storytelling at the point of sale
• Present technical collections and train partners on Mizuno innovations
• Turn market insight into sales growth and strategic opportunities
• Act as a true brand ambassador in your territory
What you bring
• Strong B2B / wholesale sales experience
• Excellent business English communication skills
• Deep understanding of the running / performance category
• Passion for sport and technical products
• Willingness to travel and stay close to the market
• A target-driven and relationship-first mindset
