Job summary
We are looking for Italian speakers for several different projects right nowWe're located in Athens, Chania or Thessaloniki. Most have the option to work remote from Greece too.
Responsibilities
- Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies
- Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies
- Follw specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure
