The Mission We are recruiting a specialist nurse to assume a pivotal 1:1 care role for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This position offers a rare opportunity to combine elite geriatric oversight with a high-profile voyage across the Eastern and Western Mediterranean. Your tour of duty will begin in the Greek Islands (Cyclades), navigating the Dalmatian Coast (Dubrovnik) and Venice, before transiting to the French Riviera.

The Team You will be embedded within a fully autonomous, hospital-grade medical department at sea, collaborating with:

• A Lead British Doctor (Medical Director).
  

• Specialist Physiotherapists focused on the principal's mobility and rehabilitation.
  

• A highly experienced, Western-trained nursing team.
  

The Safety To eliminate clinical fatigue and ensure the highest fidelity of care, we strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system. You will work in tandem with a colleague, ensuring you are always supported and able to maintain peak professional performance.

The Process We respect the demanding schedules of acute care professionals. Our initial interview phase is conducted exclusively via a secure online platform, allowing you to qualify for the role remotely before any travel is required.

Requirements

• Education: Western Accredited BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
  

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, A&E, or ER). Trauma or cardiac experience is highly valued.
  

• Language: Native or C1 English fluency is essential for team communication.
  

• Licensure: Valid and unrestricted nursing registration.
