We are seeking for highly motivated Sales Professionals with a passion for customer service & business development, to join our Freight Forwarding team in Piraeus.
As a Sales Professional, you will actively seek out and engage customer experience and portfolio growth domestically (within Greece), internationally, or a combination of both. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing customized solutions for clients in cooperation with operations, and maintaining strong relationships to drive revenue growth in the Freight transportation sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Cooperation in developing customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize revenue.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Sea, Road & Air freight transportation field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Sea, Road & Air Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Logistics sector, depending on the level of seniority.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight management systems (e.g., ORIAN or similar platforms).
- Valid driver's license.
