    About the Unit


    Yara is developing its sustainable agriculture offering in Europe with increasing number of tools and services that are supporting farmer to optimize the use of crop nutrition inputs. The role of Digital Marketing Manager is to drive and support local implementation of digital marketing strategies and coordinate BU South marketing teams to optimize their digital marketing activities, measure impact, drive improvement and change.

    Responsibilities

    • Set up digital marketing KPIs, be the BU owner of performance dashboards, and support local markets with regular reports and recommendations on how to optimize their performance.
    • Provide trainings and support to the local markets focusing on Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing and Marketing Automation.
    • Support local markets in selecting and coordinating agencies who manage some of the digital marketing activities.
    • Support the countries in BU South to promote and grow farmer/customer-facing digital tools by boosting and optimizing existing communication strategy for digital tools in coordination with Growth, Incubation and local M&A teams.
    • Support markets in optimizing lead generation and marketing-to-sales process through driving adoption of commercial tools and data management processes.
    • See the overall picture and encourage collaboration between central, European, BU and local teams.

    Profile

    • Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar.
    • Minimum +3 years in digital marketing with demonstrable experience within SEO/SEM, CMS platforms, web analytics, social media, email marketing and marketing automation, digital advertising campaigns.
    • Experience with managing integrated marketing campaigns across different channels.
    • Knowledge in Agronomic field will be an asset.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoying working effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Creative problem-solver, passionate about achieving results. Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Fluency in English. Other languages will be a plus.

    Additional Information


    Some infrequent travelling will be required.

    Temporary position to cover a maternity leave (about a year).
