ΝΑΙRealAct is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Valuation & Advisory team as a
Junior Valuer
.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of property valuations
• Support the drafting of client presentations, valuation reports and supporting documentation
• Perform market research
• Liaise with external stakeholders for data collection and clarifications
• Ensure compliance with valuation standards and internal procedures

Requirements

• University Graduate in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Finance / Economics or related fields. A postgraduate degree is considered a plus.
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communication, analytical and organization skills.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language; written, verbal & presentation skills.
