Customer Support Specialist Chania, Greece

Location: Chania, Greece 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotational shifts between 10:00 to 22:00
Gross Salary: 1,029 euros per month + performance bonus of up to 200 euros
Salary Increases:

• +100 euros (gross/month) after 6 months
• +50 euros (gross/month) after 12 months

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with C2-level proficiency in German and C1 English skills. You will provide top-level technical support and assistance to customers while working in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements:

C2-level fluency in German 
C1-level English skills
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work at or near Chania, Greece
