    Περιγραφή Θέσης

    Αναζητούμε έναν Εκπρόσωπο Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών για το σταθμό μας στη Ρόδο (Κρεμαστή).
    Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα αποτελεί το πρώτο σημείο επαφής με τους πελάτες μας, διασφαλίζοντας την άμεση, ευγενική και αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση, καθώς και την ομαλή λειτουργία της διαδικασίας ενοικίασης.

    Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

    • Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών: Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων, email και αιτημάτων στο σταθμό.

    • Διαχείριση Κρατήσεων: Δημιουργία, τροποποίηση και ακύρωση κρατήσεων μέσω του συστήματος.

    • Υποστήριξη: Επίλυση ερωτήσεων, παραπόνων και θεμάτων εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.

    • Συνεργασία: Συντονισμός με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα (operations, fleet, accounting) για επίλυση ζητημάτων.

    • Πωλήσεις & Προώθηση: Ενημέρωση πελατών για πρόσθετες υπηρεσίες και προσφορές.

    • Διοικητική Υποστήριξη: Τήρηση αρχείων επικοινωνίας και αναφορών πελατών.

    • Ποιότητα Εξυπηρέτησης: Διασφάλιση υψηλών προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές της εταιρείας.

    Προσόντα

    • Εκπαίδευση: Πτυχίο ή σχετική εκπαίδευση προτιμάται.

    • Εμπειρία: Προϋπηρεσία έως 1 έτος σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ή ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτων θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα.

    • Τεχνικές Δεξιότητες: Εξοικείωση με MS Office και συστήματα διαχείρισης πελατών (CRM).

    • Γλώσσες: Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών – γνώση επιπλέον γλωσσών θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα.

    • Μαλακές Δεξιότητες: Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ευγένεια, ομαδικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματισμός.

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Rhodes (Kremasti).
    The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring professional, prompt, and efficient service while maintaining the high-quality standards that define EXER Rent-A-Car.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Interaction: Handle in-person, phone, and email inquiries at the station.

    • Reservations Management: Assist with creating, modifying, and canceling bookings.

    • Customer Support: Address customer questions, complaints, and post-rental issues.

    • Coordination: Work closely with operations, fleet, and finance teams to ensure smooth service.

    • Sales & Upselling: Inform customers about upgrades, insurance packages, and special offers.

    • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate communication logs and customer records.

    • Service Quality: Ensure all interactions reflect the company's service standards and policies.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Degree or relevant studies preferred.

    • Experience: Up to 1 year in customer service or car rental preferred.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

    • Languages: Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.

    • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, politeness, teamwork, attention to detail, and accountability.
