Job summary
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Advisor to join our fully remote team,providing first-class support for a global leader in consumer electronics.
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch: You must be a fluent Dutch speaker (C2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English Proficiency: A minimum of B2 English proficiency is required for internal communication, team meetings, and training.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: A natural desire to help others and a calm, empathetic demeanor.
