- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures to support the bank's digital banking platforms and services.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies, services, and tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues and security vulnerabilities.
- Defines SLAs for provisioned solutions and performs regular performance reviews.
- Cooperate with IT Security in Implementing security controls, policies, and procedures to protect IT assets, data, and systems from cybersecurity threats, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access.
- Assess infrastructure performance levels, monitor and (re)define SLAs for business & technical services
- Providing IT expertise in vendor evaluation, aligned with procurement and 3rd party management policies.

qualifications - Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with a deep understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices
- Extensive hands-on experience with Azure cloud or at least AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, containerization, and serverless computing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or other Cloud Architect preferred.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
