    key responsibilities

  • Ensuring consistent and high-quality communication materials across all platforms and evaluating the effectiveness of channels such as social media and career sites.
  • Tracking and reporting the effectiveness of employer branding activities and improving efficiency based on specific KPIs through campaigns, content, and events.
  • Staying up to date with market trends and proposing and implementing new ways to activate the EVP both internally and externally.
  • Creating impactful content to promote the company's EVP and engage different groups, such as candidates, employees, alumni, partners, and media.
  • Collaborating with the company's Communication teams and external agencies for marketing material development and the execution of promotional activities.
  • Managing relationships with educational institutions and professional communities for candidate sourcing and participating in job fairs to promote the company's employer brand.
  • Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition on candidate experience projects and taking on ad-hoc assignments related to the job's content and personal skills.
  • Contributing to the development of the Employer Branding Strategy by understanding HR policies and strategic priorities.
  • Planning and overseeing the execution of the approved Employer Brand Roadmap.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company's employer brand, utilizing various channels (social media, job boards, conferences, career fairs, etc.) to attract and retain talented candidates.
  • Engaging employees in employer branding initiatives and creating ambassadors for the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HR applications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management
  • MSc in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant position
  • Very good knowledge of communication tactics and marketing activities
  • Excellent knowledge of employer branding strategies, plans, trends, and respective communication channels
