    At NN Hellas - Iordanidis Agency, part of the official tied partners network of NN, we are looking for motivated professionals to join our team as Insurance Agents.

    Whether you already have experience in sales/insurance or you are just starting your career, we provide you with the right framework, tools, and continuous support to help you succeed.

    Job Description

    What does an Insurance Agent do? As an Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in:

    • Helping individuals and families protect their income and assets
    • Designing customized insurance and financial solutions for every stage of life
    • Building long-term relationships based on trust and quality service
    • Supporting clients in achieving their financial goals and future security

    For experienced professionals:

    • Develop and grow your own client portfolio
    • Provide consulting services in insurance and financial planning
    • There is a possibility of being assigned a client portfolio from a retiring colleague in the future, provided you have demonstrated consistency and strong performance over time

    For new entrants / with no prior experience:

    • Participate in a structured training and certification program
    • Gradually build your own client base with the support of the agency
    • Receive continuous mentoring from experienced team members
