- Liaison with the Client's Construction Manager and the Site Manager of the Construction Contractor
- Participation in meetings with the Client and the Construction Contractor
- Review and opine on road design and hydrological study of the Wind Farm
- Coordination of the site team of inspectors (Surveyor, civil engineer, electrical engineer, H&S Inspector)
- Coordination of quality control activities of (site supervision of works, review of technical specifications, monitoring the implementation of Inspection Point Program, review and approval of Inspection Tests Protocols, etc)
- Coordination of the reporting activities to the Client (monthly, weekly, daily)
- Review and opine on contractual issues as requested by the Client (Contractor's claims, variation, etc)
- Monitoring of the construction time-schedule
- Monitoring of project's budget
- Any other opinion on technical issues maybe requested by the Client.
experience 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
qualifications - Bsc in Civil Engineering (Polytechnic School)
- Proven ability to work independently and in teams under pressure
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Able to cope with change and working under ambiguous circumstances
- Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of specific technical requirements
