Job summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to be the first point of contact for customers addressing inquiries about account management and betting options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work on shift rotation.Responsibilities
- Assist our customer base via live chat telephone email and social media with a wide variety of account queries including payment login verification bet queries.
- Rapidly respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions Direct unresolved requests issues internal departments follow up ensure resolution Record inquiries comments complaints Enhance customer experience through feedback give Product teams.
