- Take overall accountability for the Low-Level Design (LLD) in adherence to dimensioning guidelines and standard configurations for Fixed Access and Service Layer, including Aggregation switches, OLT, and other fixed access technologies.
- Conduct network engineering activities related to the design of Fixed Access, testing and accepting new SW releases / HW platforms on the fixed network.
- Implement new technologies on Access (FTTx) with corresponding IP interconnections.
- Perform capacity planning and dimensioning for IP networks & Access in collaboration with the Fixed Service Design team.
- Collaborate with Telco Operators/Providers to ensure NNI deployment and IP connectivity.
- Analyze wholesale arm requirements within Fixed Access Engineering, ensuring proper capacity and implementing projects related to Fixed Access on interconnections, traffic/policy management OLT, xDSLAM.
- Support and coordinate rollout plans, driving the Fixed Access platform lifecycle on software and hardware within the local market organization.
- Network capacity management, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Test services and provide 3rd level support on Access, resolving issues promptly.

qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
- 3 years of work experience in a telecommunications operator/organization supporting large heterogeneous Access & IP infrastructures.
- Solid knowledge of Access (OLT, XDSLAM), IP technology, and Fixed networks requirements.
- Ability to participate in technical reviews and provide leadership for IP design and technical strategies.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Certifications from FTTH Council, BBWF, Cisco, Nokia, or CCNP, CCIE will be a considerable asset
