εμπειρία - At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a familiar role.

- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Passion for networking and community building.
προσόντα - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in membership development, sales, or relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (both Greek & English).
