- Review and moderate user-generated content posted on social media platforms, including comments, messages, and posts, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
- Implement and enforce company policies and community guidelines consistently to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment
- Engage with users professionally and promptly to address inquiries, concerns, or complaints, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills
- Provide insights, feedback, and suggestions for improving moderation processes and policies based on your observations and experiences
- Monitor social media trends, online conversations, and emerging issues to anticipate potential moderation challenges and address them effectively
- Participate in employee assistance programs and training to foster the well-being of you and the employee community
