Job summary
We are looking for fluent Italian-speaking Setup Specialists to join our Setup Team in our offices in Athens.This role requires excellent communication skills in Italian (fluent/native level), as you will be in daily contact with Italian-speaking clients - mainly hoteliers and accommodation providers - guiding them through the setup process of our products. Strong command of Greek and English is also required. As part of the Setup Team, you will play a key role in ensuring that new clients have a smooth and efficient start with our products. You will help them configure their accounts, train them on system functionality, and make sure they are ready to use our tools confidently and successfully.
