AVAX is looking for an ERP Administrator & Security Officer to support the administration and security governance of our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily ERP administration (users, roles, environments).
- Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Administer access rights and security roles, supporting SoD controls and access reviews.
- Maintain audit logs, security documentation, and compliance with IT policies.
- Provide Level 1/2 user support and troubleshoot access or functional issues.
- Assist in testing, deployments, and collaboration with infrastructure/database teams.
- Support month-end/year-end activities and incident/change processes.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in ERP, IT support, or security and system administration.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
- Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 is preferred
- Understanding of access management, IT security principles, and audit processes.
- Basic SQL/database knowledge is desirable.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
