Η ManpowerGroup Greece, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, σύγχρονης και καινοτόμου εταιρείας στον τομέα της ενέργειας αναζητά Σύμβουλοι Διακράτησης Πελατών.
Τοποθεσία: Μαρούσι
Μοντέλο εργασίας: Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή, 09:00-17:00 ή 09:00-15:00
Σύμβαση: Αορίστου
Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:
Ως μέλος της ομάδας, θα διαχειρίζεσαι πελάτες, θα επικοινωνείς με ενεργούς για τη διατήρησή τους και θα ενημερώνεις υποψήφιους για τα προγράμματα και τις υπηρεσίες της εταιρείας.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα:
Θα εντοπίζεις και θα προσεγγίζεις πιθανούς πελάτες με στόχο τη δημιουργία νέων ευκαιριών πώλησης (leads)
Θα επικοινωνείς με ενδιαφερόμενους πελάτες για να τους ενημερώσεις σχετικά με τα διαθέσιμα προγράμματα και υπηρεσίες της εταιρείας
Θα συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα πωλήσεων, μεταφέροντας ποιοτικά leads για περαιτέρω διαχείριση
Θα χρησιμοποιείς εργαλεία CRM για την καταγραφή, ανάλυση και αξιολόγηση των leads και της απόδοσης των ενεργειών σου
Θα συμβάλλεις στην επίτευξη στόχων ανάπτυξης και επέκτασης της πελατειακής βάσης
Τι αναζητούμε:
Απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου
Εμπειρία σε ρόλο εξυπηρέτησης ή διαχείρισης πελατών ιδανική (όχι απαραίτητη)
Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες πωλήσεων
Άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ και σύγχρονων εργαλείων επικοινωνίας
Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
Προσήλωση στους στόχους και την ανάπτυξη σχέσεων με πελάτες
