    key responsibilities

  • Overseeing payroll calculations, including data collection, submission to the system, verifying post-calculation results, and submitting bank files for payroll payments.
  • Managing the hiring process, facilitating onboarding for new employees, and executing exit procedures.
  • Administering group contracts for employees, encompassing health and pension plans.
  • Handling corporate loan requests and organizing employee gifts for events like marriages or births.
  • Collaborating with the Occupational Doctor and Safety Officer on programs and observations.
  • Compiling reports for the accounting department or other company divisions, showcasing MS Excel proficiency.
  • Communicating with public services such as EFKA, TEAAEPAE, OAED, and SEPE.
  • Managing the central email for the department.
  • Conducting interviews for job positions within the company.
    experience 2-3 years of experience in a HR administrator role, including experience in payroll and benefits

  • University Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • MS Office (advanced level)

  • Multi-tasking approach combined with ability to prioritize and provide results with efficiency and accuracy
