We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help in enterprise-grade web applications, e-commerce solutions and digital advertising. You will be part of a talented team of software engineers and graphic designers who work on novel solutions to unlock the full potential of the digital world. You will be joining a dynamic working environment where creative solutions are encouraged.
Tasks
- Day-to-day optimization on Paid Social, Google Search/Display & YouTube
- Fluency at ad copywriting, testing and campaign optimization (Greek & English)
- Budget and KPI's forecasting across all advertising platforms
- Handling Facebook Business & Google Ads accounts
- Proficient use of Google Analytics and other measurement tools
- Analyze data, monitor, and communicate campaign performance and test results to team leaders & clients
- Create performance reports for campaigns and ensure campaigns are staying within established key performance metrics and budget
- Collaborate with our team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling & appropriate campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in the field.
- Strong knowledge with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns and display advertising
- Strong knowledge to develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Experience in large scale product/campaign launches and in handling major brand accounts
- Ability to learn and adapt to new emerging technologies
- Out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Google Certificates will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of DPA Setup, GA Conversion Tracking Setup & FB Pixel Events Setup
