Golden Hall
Our new colleague supports the organization and proper execution of the Center's experiential promotions (events, promotional activities, briefing for advertising and communication material) and effective communication with relevant business partners. The main priority of the role is the physical promotion of the tenants of the Center, the branding and signage excellence of the Center.
In detail, the Experience Junior Associate will be responsible:

Assist the Experience Team Leader in relationship management with advertising agencies and other key suppliers, encompassing briefing, offer gathering, adherence to procedures, agreement finalization, follow-ups, schedule monitoring, and partner management.

Provide support in drafting and reviewing contracts with suppliers and sponsors.

Coordinate communication with all third-party suppliers, including production agencies, printing companies, etc. Oversee all experiential promotional materials, from development to execution.

Assist the Experience Team Leader with the oral and written communication with brand partners, handling all their related requests promptly and efficiently.

Support Center Management for all events and physical experiential promotional activities involving tenants.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive tenant promotional reports, including quarterly physical reports and the initial "first and second value" reports.

Conduct daily facility inspections, meticulously documenting any nonconformities and ensuring their prompt resolution according to established procedures.

Oversee the artistic design and production of all essential operational materials related to signage and visitor information throughout the Shopping Center.

Assist the Experience Team Leader with the implementation of marketing campaign materials throughout the Center, including selecting optimal placement points and ensuring the proper installation of supporting visuals.

Assist the Experience Team Leader with the scheduling and managing the display duration of videos across screens, as well as the music playlists of the Center.

Liaise directly with brands to promote new store openings and/or refits within our Center, following the instructions of the Experience Team Leader. Prepare reports through the Retail Advantage platform and assist the Experience Team Leader with the monthly and weekly reports.
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a relevant field. Postgraduate studies (e.g. MSc/MBA) would be considered an asset.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
-
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop would be considered an asset.
-
Proficiency level in English, any other language will be considered as a plus.
Professional Experience:
-
2-3 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications position, ideally in retail / leisure or Advertising / PR Company.

Prior experience in communication with advertising agencies.
-
Knowledge of marketing activities and requirements in relation to retail, visitor attraction, or related environments.

Strong digital marketing acumen.
-
Knowledge and experience of data analysis, interpretation and compiling statistical information. Experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
