Job summary
Support HR administration including preparation of necessary recruitment documentation creation of new employee files and data registration in HR systems Prepare employment contracts and amendments related HR decisions and coordinate approvals from Top Management Follow up on contract updates and liaise with department Managers as needed Support administrative personnel processes e.g transfers promotions etc by updating records and issuing relevant documentation Update and maintain employee records in HR systems both electronic and physical files Assist with monthly overtime checks help with monthly timesheet closures Ensure that the digital card system aligns with labor laws monitor accurate tracking of working hours overtime conduct regular audits Collect maintain analyze HR statistical data prepare periodic reports as required Contribute to the implementation of all company policies regulations Monitor all related company decisions contribute to proper application applicable Collective Labor Agreements Participate ad-hoc tasks depending on department needs Bachelor degree Business Administration Accounting Finance Economics Psychology Law Science or related field Master Degree Human Resources Management Experience in an administrative similar role large organization Understanding human resources administrative processes employment contracts personnel documentation Familiarity labor laws advantage Experience working human resources strong data entry accuracy Managing maintaining digital work cards attendance/timekeeping systems positively Proficiency MS Office applications Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Excellent English language Good organizational skills managing multiple tasks meeting deadlines High level confidentiality professionalism attention detail Strong communication interpersonal skills effectively employees management Ability work independently team PPA S.A values own personnel most valuable asset Team over employees takes steps ensure excellent working conditions benefits advantages training advancement opportunities Promotes equal opportunities protects diversity encourages inclusiveness not accepting discrimination either selection recruitment remuneration training other activities Always interested recruiting unique diverse individuals bringing perspectives energy skills make our even stronger successful Will you join us
