Role Overview

At Unitrack S.A., we're looking for a Sales Engineer, reporting to the Sales Manager, based in Aspropyrgos, to support our commercial team by providing technical expertise and solution design for construction machinery and equipment.

The ideal candidate acts as the technical bridge between Sales, Customers, and Manufacturer, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, competitive, and aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's construction machinery portfolio (equipment, parts, attachments, configurations, options, and applications)

Act as product and application specialist for construction machinery solutions during client meetings and demos in support of the sales team.

Analyze customer applications and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
Validate equipment configurations and technical feasibility of offers.
Train sales colleagues on product updates, competitive positioning and value engineering.
Support the preparation of technical and commercial documentation for public tenders and private RFPs.
Prepare technical documentation, compliance tables, and specifications.
Liaise with manufacturers/suppliers and internal teams (Marketing, Finance, After Sales, Logistics)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Presales Engineer or a Technical Sales role.
Experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, industrial vehicles, or similar sectors is highly preferred.
Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness.
Structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation and compliance.
Proven exposure to public tenders and structured proposal processes.
Customer-oriented mindset with solid communication skills.
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office.
Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
Military service completed (if applicable).
Valid Driver's license.
