- Drive business development in each industrial segment according to company's strategy and explore new opportunities
- Ensure profitable growth in each segment, in line with corporate guidelines
- Follow the budget and strategy in terms of volume and margin
- Close cooperation with the technical support team as to serve the final customer
- Assess the opportunities arise in the segments assigned and propose the way forward
- Participate in exhibitions (as visitor as well as exhibitor) so as to collect new Leads
- Find leads and prospects and define an action plan assuring growth in each assigned segment
- Contribution in forecast planning and stock management
- Follow up market mapping and perform bench-marks
- Use of CRM tool as part of daily business
- Ensure account receivables and make payment agreements
- Strong field presence
εμπειρία - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical sales
δεξιότητες - Strong commercial awareness and customer centric mindset
- Proven account management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyze sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
προσόντα - Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Technical University (AEI); preferably Mechanical, Chemical or Mining & Metallurgical
- Ability to develop new customer relationships with results-driven approach
- Experience in handling technical queries and claims from customers
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Experience in multi-national environment
- Availability to travel within Greek territory
- Driver's License
