Job summary
Costa Navarino is looking for a Bakery Chef de Partie. The selected candidate will demonstrate proper and safe usage of all bakery equipment, have knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation with HAACP.Responsibilities
- Inspect cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and work areas prior to production, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for the quality of products, inventory, and materials required for the production of restaurant/outlet menus.
