We're on the lookout for a Senior Procurement Specialist who's a talented professional with the passion for making things happen. If you're ready to take the lead and drive innovation,IDE is where you belong.
Responsibilities
- Preparing bid specifications and issuing bid requests to major vendors and key suppliers.
- Closing communication with approved suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and negotiate delivery terms aligned with company's quality standards.
- Sourcing new products and alternative suppliers.
- Maintaining good relationships with current suppliers would be an asset but not required . Resolve disputes with key suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses return of materials over-shipments cancellations etc., such as using email or phone calls as well as in person visits when necessary , Identifying recommending opportunities that bring innovation optimize cost on services products Solving problems regarding orders efficiently timely manner Supervising leading supporting team of procurement professionals ,
