Job summary
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing outsourced IT support company. They are currently onboarding many new clients and need to grow their team to offer each of them excellent service.Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot IT issues for multiple clients via email, chat, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and office equipment
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and basic network setups
