    Position Overview:
    As a French Customer Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work remotely and in the office based on a predetermined schedule.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
    • Provide timely and accurate information to customers' questions and concerns.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in French (written and verbal) is essential.
    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, including remote and in-office shifts.
    • Residence in Greece or willingness to relocate.
