- Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes to ensure products meet defined quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify faults in quality specifications
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent incidents
- Lead and motivate a team of quality control inspectors to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and inspections
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to adapt and update quality control procedures accordingly
εμπειρία - Ideal at least 1 year in a supervisory role
προσόντα - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or similar)
- At least 2 year experience in a quality control role including HPLC and GC HEADSPACE analysts
- Ideal at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and techniques
- Fluency in Greek and English language (oral and written)
- A highly organized mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Laboratory's equipment, software and GMP processes
