Job summary
We're seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team - Core Business Services (CBS). This role involves managing EY Greece's internal payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws. You'll collaborate closely with HR and Finance colleagues to deliver timely and precise payroll services for EY employees.Responsibilities
- Data input & processing in payroll software; data export and checking for accuracy, completeness and reasonability compared to data input
- Administration of payroll process and support the preparation of monthly payroll
- Support the preparation of monthly social security obligations and submissions of analytical periodical declarations
- Calculation of compensation package for resigned/dismissed employees
- Processing employees' time and attendance information for working hours/sick leaves/leaves/overtime hours etc.
