- Scheduling of deadlines, prioritization and assignment of work for charger installations to team members for the product installations, mainly EV chargers
- Monitoring of teams of the installation department and the associated subcontractors
- Scheduling and monitoring repairs and preventive maintenance within agreed timeframes, ensuring their success (budget, risk, resources)
- Monitoring the resolution of hardware & software issues and SLA deviations
- Setting a schedule for installation of autonomy projects & monitoring them
- Improving the implementation of O&M policies & procedures through teamwork
- Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders regarding O&M activities related to products
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams
- Undertaking the end to end technical management of the projects
- Preparing regular reports and presentations for management, focusing on key performance indicators, field activities and recommendations for improvement
εμπειρία Desired equivalent experience in a similar role in construction or field for 3-5 years
