We are currently recruiting a Italian-speaking professional to join our team as a IT Helpdesk Support Agent for a online marketplace.
Based in Heraklion, Crete, this opportunity offers a dynamic international work environment and real career development within a fast-growing organization.
In this role, you will manage customer inquiries through phone, chat and email while ensuring high service standards and compliance with internal quality procedures.
You will troubleshoot issues, provide clear guidance, and document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining key performance indicators such as resolution rate, response time and customer satisfaction.
