Aρμοδιότητες:
- Επικοινωνία με εταιρίες και εξασφάλιση ιδανικών κερδοφόρων συμφωνιών.
- Δημιουργία και κοστολόγηση μενού κοκτέιλ.
- Δημιουργία θεματικών ημερών (βραδιές gin & tonic, βραδιές margarita κτλ).
