    Position :

    We are seeking a Sales Operations Representative who will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve and exceed their goals and will be responsible for streamlining sales processes, managing data integrity, and providing strategic insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the sales organization.


    Key Responsibilities :
    Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and optimize sales processes and workflows.

    Maintain and manage sales data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

    Generate and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

    Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales documentation and training materials.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

    Support the sales team with ad-hoc requests and administrative tasks as needed.

    Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.

    Proficiency in CRM software (Hub Spot) and Google Suite.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills :
    Experience with sales analytics tools and software.

    Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.

    Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
