Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξης και αναβάθμισης των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών υψηλής ποιότητας, ο Όμιλος ΙΑΣΩ επιθυμεί να εντάξει στο ανθρώπινο δυναμικό του
Network Engineer με εμπειρία σε enterprise δικτυακά περιβάλλοντα, για καθημερινή υποστήριξη, monitoring και υλοποίηση αλλαγών στη δικτυακή υποδομή. Ο ρόλος συνεργάζεται με τον Network & Security Supervisor και εστιάζει ξεκάθαρα στην operational και hands-on εκτέλεση της υποδομής (on-site & field work όπου απαιτείται), χωρίς involvement σε design ή governance.
Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:
L2/L3 troubleshooting σε Cisco περιβάλλον
VLAN configuration, trunk/access ports, port security και change execution
Παρακολούθηση δικτύων, Wi-Fi & WLC performance (Cisco)
Υλοποίηση μικρής κλίμακας αλλαγών σε firewall objects/rules (με καθοδήγηση)
Monitoring μέσω PRTG/Zabbix και reactive incident handling
Documentation αλλαγών, ticketing και capacity reporting
Συνεργασία με vendors σε escalations
Τεχνική υποστήριξη και ανάλυση δικτυακών περιστατικών (incidents) σε συνεργασία με το SOC και τον Network & Security Supervisor, στο πλαίσιο του operational troubleshooting και των πρώτων διορθωτικών ενεργειών
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
2–4 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε δικτυακά σε enterprise ή MSP περιβάλλον
Πολύ καλή γνώση Cisco switching (CLI–based operation)
Κατανόηση L2/L3 concepts (STP, DHCP, OSPF basics, ACLs, NAT)
Εμπειρία σε Wi-Fi infrastructures & WLC troubleshooting
Πειθαρχία σε documentation & change control
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα
CCNA (ή σε εξέλιξη)
Εμπειρία με Check Point
Basic firewall escalation & auditing understanding (χωρίς design authority)
Basic exposure σε segmentation concepts (χωρίς design)
