Η FairyMail είναι μια early-stage πλατφόρμα email marketing, που αυτή τη στιγμή βρίσκεται στη φάση Early Access. Αναζητάμε έναν/μία Growth & Outreach Associate (Μερικής Απασχόλησης, Remote) για να μας βοηθήσει να αναπτύξουμε τη FairyMail κατά τη διάρκεια της αυτής της φάσης. Αυτή η θέση επικεντρώνεται στην καθημερινή προώθηση και την επικοινωνία σε online κοινότητες και δημιουργούς, με στόχο την αύξηση της αναγνωρισιμότητας, των εγγραφών και των πληρωμένων subscription πλάνων.Καθήκοντα
Επικοινωνία με πιθανούς πελάτες μέσω email, direct messages και τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων.
Προώθηση FairyMail σε σχετικές online κοινότητες (Social Media Groups, forums), πάντα σεβόμενος/η τους κανόνες τους.
Υποβολή FairyMail σε κατάλληλους καταλόγους και listings εργαλείων (marketing tools, SaaS directories, startup listings).
Επικοινωνία με δημιουργούς και πιθανούς συνεργάτες.
Παρακολούθηση απαντήσεων και engagement από τις ενέργειες outreach και τις δημοσιεύσεις σε κοινότητες.
Βοήθεια στη διαχείριση έως 2 social media καναλιών (π.χ., Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn).

Προτάσεις για τακτικές ανάπτυξης, κοινότητες κ.α..
Υποστήριξη στην δημιουργία περιεχομένου όταν χρειάζεται (light copywriting, ιδέες ή επαναχρησιμοποίηση περιεχομένου).
Τοποθεσία
Οπουδήποτε υπάρχει σύνδεση Wi-Fi.
Μπορείτε να εργαστείτε από το σπίτι, το αγαπημένο σας καφέ ή τη βιβλιοθήκη της πόλης σας, αρκεί να μπορείτε να εργάζεστε σταθερά και να επικοινωνείτε καθαρά με την ομάδα.
Ωράριο
Πρόκειται για μερικής απασχόλησης θέση (~20 ώρες/εβδομάδα) με ευέλικτο ωράριο.
Μπορείτε να οργανώσετε το πρόγραμμά σας, αρκεί οι εργασίες να ολοκληρώνονται εγκαίρως και η αναφορά να είναι συνεπής.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα
Ισχυρό ενδιαφέρον για growth marketing, SaaS, startups ή ψηφιακά προϊόντα.
Εμπειρία σε συμμετοχή ή διαχείριση online κοινοτήτων (Facebook groups, Reddit, Slack, Discord, forums).
Άνεση στην επικοινωνία μέσω email και social DMs.
Οργανωμένη και μεθοδική προσέγγιση στην παρακολούθηση εργασιών και αποτελεσμάτων.
Ικανότητα να εργάζεται ανεξάρτητα, να παίρνει πρωτοβουλίες και να συνεργάζεται αποτελεσματικά ως μέλος ομάδας.
Άριστες γραπτές και προφορικές δεξιότητες στα Αγγλικά και Ελληνικά.
Nice to have (αλλά όχι απαραίτητα):
Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε marketing, growth ή community management.
Εξοικείωση με Notion, CRM ή βασικά reporting tools.
Ενδιαφέρον για email marketing, newsletters ή SaaS προϊόντα.
