Customer Support with German - In Greece
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist with fluency in German.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoys assisting others in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of empathy and understanding
Provide product information and technical support to customers
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal)
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Must live in Greece or ready to relocate - Relocation Package provided
