Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Thessaloniki. The role involves driving sales growth within the assigned region by managing sales network relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales network, conducting market analysis, and ensuring partner network receive exceptional service. The position requires strong collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales and align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching to inspire and guide a sales team toward achieving goals.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge or experience in the energy sector or similar industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools is desired.
