As the "ambassador" of the biggest and fastest growing portfolio in Janssen, the Immunology portfolio, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and market penetration by engaging with established and new customers, driving meaningful conversations about Janssen's products, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities The main tasks & responsibilities YOU will have in this role include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to meet and/or exceed objectives
• Engage healthcare professionals in a dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy, and safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for eligible patients
• Effectively use different communication tools (digital visual aid, etc.)
• Initiate and/or organize sales activities
• Develop, implement and manage the account plan
• Implement effectively marketing initiatives and overall brand strategy
• Deliver targeted number of calls as per agreed KPIs, e.g., customer target classes
• Gather market intelligence and in-depth information from customers to thoroughly understand their needs and share with cross-functional partners
• Ensure open communication with the sales and cross-functional teams and share best practices
• Closely monitor competitor activities, analyze the market, and identify opportunities for growth
• Be viewed within the Immunology community as a valuable partner
• Act in compliance with national/state regulations and J&J business standards, policies and procedures
